Rishi Dhawan, Mohit Sharma join Thumbs Up for India campaign

Indian team cricketers Rishi Dhawan and Mohit Sharma have joined a campaign named ‘Thumbs Up For India’ where people from all walks of life express their love for the country.The initiative has been taken ahead of the 67th Republic Day by ‘Circle Of Cricket’, a community of cricket lovers promoted by TSD Corp where current India players like Rishi, Mohit along with the likes of RP Singh and Manoj Tiwary have clicked their selfies to pledge support for the campaign. 

To take the campaign to the next level, a collage of all the pictures taken by people from various walks of life would be created and presented to PM Narendra Modi. Rishi made his debut in One-Day International (ODI) in replacement for Ajinkya Rahane as he was injured in the 3rd ODI. With Bhuvaneshwar injured as well, Rishi will be playing for Twenty20 International (T20I) match as well against Australia which is to begin from Tuesday

Rishi has scored triple century in theCooch Behar Trophy and is only behind Vikramjeet Malik in all time wicket-taker for Himachal Pradesh. The 25-year-old has been the highest wicket-taker over the last four seasons of Ranji Trophy and achieved his dream of representing his country. India have been struggling for a while without a genuine all-rounder for a while, while MS Dhoni has been stressing on having an all-rounder as an advantage for India. Mohit has shown tremendous potential in the ICC World Cup 2015 and looks to make a comeback in India soon
